Love stories are so much better in fairy tales. They always leave out those phrases that cause loves bitter-sweetness. Those phrases like “a couple months later, things changed” or “they wanted to but couldn’t.” Even the simple words that make love tragic aren’t included in fairy tales. Words like “but” and the dreaded “goodbye.” The story cuts off at the climax, but any book lover knows that there is always a falling action. Yet, even those of us who understand the tragedy of love still fall for its beauty.
